Anchor 1

1. The key of successful parent-child lesson 

- Increase opportunities for touching.

For example,

Hold, Hug, Tickle, Sit on lap, Hold hands.

Hold - Do WarriorⅠorⅡ pose holding a child. Also you can let the child sit or stand on your thigh.  

Hug - Do Savasana holding a child on your stomach and give a big hug. Say, 'I love you'.

Tickle - Sit with your legs opened. Lay a child face up or let the child sit facing away. Then 'Tickle tickle tickle..'.

Sit on lap - Sit with your legs stretched. Let a child sit on your lap. Move with your bottoms.

Hold hands - Do tree pose or other standing poses holding a child's hand.

2. Parent-child activities

Boat pose 1 -  

1. Sit with your legs stretched.

2. Let a child sit on your thighs facing away or face to face.

3. Sing 'Row row row your boat'  bouncing the child up and down, bending forward and backward, twisting your body. 

Boat pose 2 -  

1. Sit with your knees bent.

2. Let a child lie on stomach on your shins.

3. Raise your legs parallel to the floor. 

4. Balance and move your legs up and down slightly. Sing 'Row row row your boat'.

Airplane pose -

1. Sit with your knees bent.

2. Let a child lie on stomach on your shins.

3. Hold the child and slowly lower your back on the floor.

4. Move your legs up and down, back and forth slightly. 

'3.2.1 Lift off! Fly! fly! The airplane is flying high and low.'

Bus pose

1. Sit with your legs stretched.

2. Let a child sit on your lap.

3. Move forward and backward with your bottoms singing 'The wheels on the bus'.

Five little monkeys 1

1. Sit with your legs stretched.

2. Let a child sit on your thighs facing away or face to face.

3. Sing 'Five little monkeys'  bouncing the child up and down.

Five little monkeys 2

1. Sit with your legs crossed.

2. Let a child sit in front of you facing away or face to face.

3. Sing 'Five little monkeys'  bouncing the child up and down.

Rock the baby

1. Sit with your legs crossed.

2. Hold a child.

3. Sing 'Rock-a-bye,Baby' moving side to side.
